I grew up going to Seal Beach each summer with my family. There is a certain comfort about going back to the places that used to be so familiar to you. We would spend the day splashing in the waves then when we were sunburned and tired, we would venture off to the small restaurants and boutiques with ice cream in hand. My favorite shop was this little shell store. They sold an assortment of shells, rocks, jewelry, and pretty much anything beach themed. The store was filled with a concentrated aroma of the ocean. I would always beg my mom to buy me a shell to add to my modest collection.
Today I decided to drive out to Seal Beach. It's not to far from where I am. I spent the day exploring the darling boutiques and taking in the crisp ocean air. I didn't take too many pictures which I regret but I did take a few.
