October Update

Autumn time has officially begun. This time of year is certainly my favorite time of year. I love when the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp. Call me crazy but I am definitely in favor of rain, which did happen yesterday. I officially started training at a restaurant close to where I live. I am a hostess there. This week is training week so it has definitely been filled with some highs and lows.

I was very fortunate to get a job there. The restaurant is new so about 3,000 people applied and only 100 were hired so I guess I am all that. Training isn't that hard but yesterday after work, I was attempting to leave and I realized that the battery in my car was dead. I had no one to rescue me so I had to call Triple A and wait patiently. Everything turned out alright but I just felt absolutely silly for leaving my headlights on the entire time I was at work.

Hopefully my first week outside of training will go much better!
